homesick
I miss my family, my home (especially my bed) and the Arizona heat. It has been cold up here, snowing for the whole day sometimes. I look forward to going home in a few months. Good times. I do not regret coming to college, but I still miss being a little kid and not having all the worries I do now. It is all a part of life and though it may be difficult at some points, it is all worth it.

Hang in there Kory! The schooling now really helps you in getting a head start when you come back from your mission. Whenever you feel lonely just look around for someone else who looks lonely too. Unless there isn't anyone else in which case you will end up feeling lonelier so maybe you shouldn't do that.
You never sound homesick. In fact, we think you never think about us!! We miss you but are proud of you. I miss my home and family, too (from way back in Wyoming)and always will. That just means we have wonderful memories stored up. Now go make some more!
Sorry about the cold. It is miserable. Close your eyes and imagine you can smell the orange blossoms starting to pop!
